Newbie From Mesa, AZ

Hello BP Community,

My name is Sandy How and I am a "newbie" from Mesa, Arizona.  I went to a "Real Estate Guru" seminar and was treated quite rudely when I refused to give the "Leader" my credit card limits and information.  I left the "Resort", went home, did some research and and found Bigger Pockets.  I have been lurking on BP for a while.... Now I'm ready to learn and meet fellow real estate experts.  I'm interested in fix and flips and/or buy and hold rentals.  I'm interested in creating future passive income.  I know this will definitely take time to accomplish.

I have worked with contractors and occasionally project manage for family and friends.   I really like researching and getting bids (weird right?) and working with quality subs.  I love seeing the final renovated ktichen/bathroom from start to finish.

I always learn something new on every project or repair.  :)

Looking forward to learning and networking with the amazing BP community.
