Hello BP! 

My name is Brent Fannin and I am a newbie from Columbus Ohio. I grew up in the central Ohio area & my real estate experience has been with two personal properties. 

I work a full time job as a sales consultant and I came across bigger pockets during a web search for info on becoming a landlord.

My goal in the first year is to educate myself on the industry, build a team and buy my first multi family investment property in central Ohio with a buy and hold strategy. 

The amount of information/education available on the BP platform is staggering and extremely motivating.  I'm looking forward to connecting & building a healthy real estate portfolio
