Hello everyone!!! My name is Nick. I am an IT guy living in Charlotte, NC with my wife and son. I have lived here most of my life and just recently bought a home for us to live in. I am looking to dabble in the real estate/rental market to bring in some more income. Thanks for listening to my short story and I hope to gather some great information and new ideas!!!
