Hello,

I'm an overworked MBA with a good full time job with a great company but I love real estate.  I'm a former traditional realtor but I'm only interested in buying, selling and managing my own properties.  I need to pay for my kids education and I am trying to work my wife and myself out of a job if I can. It'll be hard because I love both. I just cant resist real estate. I need help getting off the ground. I know what to do I just need regular kicks in the pants.  Memphis real estate is really fun so wish me luck!

Welcome Marvin! Lot's of good stuff on this site. I know there are quite a few wholesalers that post deals for Memphis on the site. Keep an eye out and setup Memphis as a keyword for yourself.
