HI My name is Frank Seaborg and I'm new to real estate investing. I flipped one property several years back and I am ready to get into investing on a more serious basis. My goal in real estate is to begin by flipping properties and as I get more experience under my belt I want to buy and rental properties as long term investments. So far I've seen a lot of great information on BP and I've also subscribed to the podcast which has had some great guests so far (I'm up to the 15th episode).
