Hi everyone, new to the forum!

I am interested in purchasing real estate and renting the properties as section 8 rentals. I have a background in home improvement, renovation and repair in fact have been working in the field many years

I am grateful to bigger pockets and the community, this site seems like a treasure trove of information and potential resources, so thanks!

Feel free to recommend lenders you have had great experiences with funding investment purchases with property as collateral. The goal is 5 - 10 properties min.

I would like to ask, any of you that are in the rental market to give me any insight you might think worth sharing. Your experience and advice is certainly welcome!

Edwin
