Looking for some promising Rentals

Hi Everyone!

After reading about Rental Property investing in various books and listening to the excellent BiggerPockets Podcast for the last few weeks, I thought I would give this website a try. I'm almost finished with my degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, so I'm looking to learn more about investing in Real Estate in the burbs around the city, as well as Delaware. (I hear there are opportunities in and around where I live, as well as multiple spots in DE)

Any suggestions on where to start looking for good deals would be awesome, as well as any general investing knowledge/information. I want to learn as much as I possibly can in the next few years before I formally get into the game :)
