Hello BP Community,

I just recently joined BP after hearing the podcasts, which I listen to about 2 a day on the way to and from work and realized I had to join the site to see what it's all about. I am currently in the Philadelphia area and just trying to learn as much as possibly can before jumping into real estate investing. Look forward to learning as much as possible from the community.
