New from Butler, PA

Hello everyone,

I am Brandon Simmons from Butler, PA about 45 minutes north of Pittsburgh. I am a licensed agent since about 4 months ago and enjoy the aspects of doing business in real estate. Spending my whole life working in customer service situations I feel as if this a great way to capitalize on my "people" skills with much greater rewards and satisfaction. 

I am now looking to broaden my horizons and get into investment real estate myself by working with investors until I gain enough capital to make my own investments. 

I've already spent significant time researching on BP and making connections which has done more for me than any real estate class so far. Looking forward to making more connections, gaining knowledge, and sharing my own knowledge!
