New to Real Estate Investing
Hello All,
My name is Cody. I am 23-years-old. I am working a full-time job in Orange County, CA. I am paying ~$1,000 a month in rent, and I feel as though after my lease expires, in a year, and I have paid ~$12,000 I will have absolutely nothing to show for it. Would it be wise for me to consider purchasing a home as an investment? What are some general thoughts and possible directions I could take?
