Hello BP Community

Hello everyone! My name is William Clark and I am a recent college graduate from Virginia Tech. I recently have moved to Richmond, VA for my job. I am very interested in starting in real estate and purchasing my first home. I would love to purchase the home as my primary residence and rent the other rooms out to others. I am unfamiliar with the area and also new to the real estate world. I don't plan on purchasing for at least 4-5 more months in order to do research and make the right decisions. Any help or advice from this community would go a long way in helping this journey go smoothly. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you all.
