My name is Josh Worthen. My wife , Ali, and I have started a REI company that is focusing on buying properties at auction, rehabbing them and then flipping them. We are involved in all three aspects.

Acquisition: Finding the homes that are going to auction that meet the strict requirements to be a good flip property.

Rehabbing: Working with teams to get the rehab done quickly and cost effectively to make premium profits on the real estate.

Flipping: Listing the homes for the right price to get the sold quickly and for the best returns.  

We are always looking for contacts that can be mutually beneficial in any of the aspects of our business. Eventually our company will be managing "buy and hold" properties as well.

I'm excited about getting more involved in this community and I look forward to our company's success along with those we work with.
