New REI in Knoxville, TN (Let me buy you coffee!)

Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I can't believe it has taken me this long to find BP. I have been educating myself on the topic of REI for nearly 2 years, reading book and talking to professionals and mentors, but somehow this website/podcast has escaped me.

I have made offers in the last couple weeks, trying to get my first deal, but have yet to have an accepted offer. I am wanting to start with fix and flip to increase my working capital. But the goal is to move into multi-family, fix and hold.

Currently I am in real estate school to become a Knoxville affiliate broker. The idea is to switch from my job in retail sales, to a job that will put food on the table AND will increase my real estate IQ!

I am needing to find quality professionals in Knoxville, and I need your help BPs!
Looking for suggestions for great professionals for REI, like:

  • Lawyer
  • General Contractor
  • Local Bank Finance Officer
  • Accountant

I would love to meet up with local REI and related professionals for coffee!
