New Member/Wife and I looking to build for the future...

Hi!

My Wife and I have begun are quest of being financially independent and self employed. We have been researching and educating ourselves on the real estate market and investment opportunities. How did you folks know when the time was right to jump in? We both currently work full time, but I am hoping to take time in the near future to provide the labor for possible house flips. I am in the HVAC field and am mechanically inclined. My Wife feels that buying a single apartment is the way, but I think that unless we have land value there is no value at all! Am I wrong in thinking this way?

Thanks!

Bobby from NH
