Hello everyone . My name is Derrick and I am new to the business. I'm from Charleston, S.C. but now I reside in Iowa with my wife of 5 years. Wanting independence from the regular 60 hour work week to live life a little more so I got into investing in houses. I hope to connect with you on business and fun.
