Hey everyone, 

I am a computer engineer that recently caught the real estate bug. I am hoping to get started in wholesaling here is the Greater Grand Rapids area. At this point I am looking to learn as much as I possibly can, preferably from experience. 

Eventually, I hope to invest in real estate myself. I would like to have around ten commercial properties within the next 15-20 years. 

Right now, I am looking for cash buyers as well as any advice.
