Hi, my name is Yozka Rodriguez. I am new to biggerpockets and investing in real estate. I took the plunge in REI with a colleague only 3 months ago. We are currently working on wholesaling in Southern California, one of the most competitive markets to start.

I came to biggerpockets to connect with like minded individuals that are pursing financial freedom from the 9-5. I want to take control of my own time and future. I am young, ambitious & I believe my team will help achieve this goal.
