Good morning Bigger Pockets Community! My name is Edgar and I am looking for a real estate mentor in the Phoenix area. My initial goal is to start on flipping but I would like to eventually move my way up to buy and hold to create long term legacy wealth for my family and have a steady stream of passive income. I have been trying to educate myself on real estate as much as I can and I feel I am getting closer to start on some deals.
