Hello Bigger Pockets community!  

I'm an entrepreneur, investor and Realtor in central Iowa looking to learn more about advanced financing strategies and property analysis. I currently own 98 units but am looking to double over the next 4 years.  My experience ranges from owning service type businesses, small business consulting, web development and real estate.  Looking forward to learning and contributing in the Bigger Pockets community.
