Hi Hailey!  I'm a Realtor, owner over 100 units as well as a property management company here in town.  Happy to provide an overview of the market anytime. Location and management are the main hurdles to get over to ensure safety.  Off market product is what you need to find for any kind of "wholesale" opportunity.  I'm born and raised here and have a solid network of potential inventory.  We are 99% occupied and increasing rents again this year.

Do you have a child that's going to go to ISU?  I'm curious why you would be interested in a property in Ames.  I see you live in Maryland.  Grant is in the ballpark on baseline fees.

Thanks for the welcome guys!  Do any of you know how to forward or somehow extract a PDF of a property analysis?  I created one and clicked on share PDF but it just took me to a link that said it would be good for 7 days.  I don't know how to share that link with the folks I'd like to share it with??  Thanks in advance for any insight!
