I've been managing a group of contractors in the Tri-cities area for a year now, cleaning and fixing up foreclosed homes for banks. 

I am new when it comes to Real Estate Investing, I want to learn more about buying and holding properties, the homework that needs to be done and the relationships I need to build in order to make it in this industry.
