Hello All, Just wanted to introduce myself and thank you for all the free knowledge!

In terms of me, I'm going to be moving back to the Detroit area next January and am really interested in getting into some real estate investing when I get there. I'll be finishing up my master's in architecture this fall, and so will be looking for a job in architecture and for real estate deals in my spare time. I've always been interested in both investing (worked in finance before and have my CFA) and architecture and think that real estate investing is kind of the perfect synthesis of the two. (a big "what's up" to all you CFA/architects out there.)

I'm looking forward to going to some meetups when I get to Detroit but for now, I'm going to do what I can to educate and network from afar.

Best,

Russel
