Residential real estate in Tampa Florida area

Hi all. I'm a 20 year plus attorney in Tampa who has been fairly active personally as well as assisting our investor clients in purchasing deeds from the bankruptcy court or HOA sales over the past few years. We have had several hundred of these deals. We defend the foreclosures and file quiet title actions where appropriate. We're actively renting most of these properties and have done many short sales. I'm looking now to get more involved personally in flips as well as looking to expand our quiet title practice.
