New member from Central Florida

I am new to the Real Estate business but very eager to learn as much as possible to be successful. I am located in Sanford, FL area and am interested in buying and renting properties in and around this area to start. My friend referred me to this forum because he felt it would be a good source of information and connections to help me along the way. I am hoping to find someone to help  me through this process so I can gain a great wealth of knowledge to become successful.
