Hello from San Diego
Hello everyone. Completely new here and never really been a big fan of forums. Looked through the forums and seems like there is a lot of good info around here so I figured I'd start off with a brief intro. I am originally from Ukraine and been around Real Estate for couple years now. I spent 4 years in the military and I am currently finishing my bachelors in finance. I've only done cash deals and never dealt with actual conventional/fha or any other types of real estate transactions. Mainly the firm I work at does it's own flips and wholesales deals with contract assignments. The competition now seems to be stronger than ever in SD/LA areas and it's much harder close a deal when investors/agents/wholesalers are submitting astronomical offers and then push for reductions. Someone who was able to close 5-6 deals a month is now at about half of that. I'm sure you all know this though. I joined primarily to read up on the industry and other ways/strategies to achieve higher results.
