Greetings,

I'm Craig from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I'm interested in purchasing my first home in the near future, I'd like to make this a cash flow property by renting out rooms or maybe a basement suite. 

Does anyone have experience purchasing and managing rental properties in Calgary?
