hello everyone!

I am brand new and trying to get started in this industry. I am a professionally trained chef who just had a baby boy two months ago.  I would like to move my focus and drive into property investing.  I'm very motivated and organized and really ready to learn. If any one wants to talk or meteor literally anything on topic I'm 100% ready to roll!!!
