Dear BP Friends,

My name is Lily Moore. I am still very excited that I got my realtor's license one month ago. I was so blessed to be part of an awesome Real Estate team in town. We love and care each other like a family. I enjoy joining lots of events and meetings. In past 5 years I invested a few rental houses with my home equity line of credit. I am currently a mathematics lecturer for a local college and a part time realtor. I would love to learn your successful experience, good tips and advice! I would like to escalate to the next level. I am interested in flipping houses, or just make profit from one transaction from buying to selling. I used all my line of credit and I know I am allowed to have four mortgage loans.
