I am a Property Manager, in the multifamily rental industry, and I am looking to build an investment portfolio so that I am making money for myself in 10 years. I am unsure how I am going to invest at this point. I know how to successfully manage a property, but I have no experience in investing. If you had $100,000 to begin your portfolio, how would you use it?
