My real estate investing goal is to purchase buy & hold properties for long-term rental cash flow.

I've been spending a considerable amount of time this year educating myself via books, blogs, podcasts, and videos (as well as sorting through all the sales pitches, scams, and hype!)

I've created my business plan to have my first property within the next year and 1-2 properties per year thereafter. I'm currently investigating turnkey rental companies. As a new investor, I feel it may be a good place to start while I gather further experience. I'm always on the lookout for the pros and cons though.

Now that I feel educated enough to carry on a somewhat intelligent conversation, my next step is to meet with our local REIA. I'm extremely interested in meeting women in the real estate investing scene, forming some good, long-term relationships and be able to contribute as much as I receive.

PS - I love you @Brandon Turner & @Joshua Dorkin!!
