I've been in construction most of my life ( I'm 48). For the past 12 or so years have been doing strictly kitchen and bathroom remodels. I've been interested in flipping houses for the past few years, and now I feel I'm ready. Would love to hear from some investors who may want to partner up and help me get started. Thanks
