Hello from Houston
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Melanie and I am from Houston, Texas. I've done deals in real estate before, mainly flipping rehabs with my own money. I joined this site so I can educate myself in wholesaling houses. I really want to focus on the Spring Branch area of Houston for now.
