New guy in the field from Helsinki, Finland

Hello everyone! I'm Pasi, 17 from Helsinki, Finland. I'm completely new to Real Estate but I see a lot of opportunities with it. I'm eager to learn more about the thing. My top passions are teaching and learning, although not in the traditional sense in some institution. I'm looking forward to learn and eventually share by teaching. The greatest gift there is, is giving. As I'm living in Finland I'd be especially pleased if you had information about the Finnish market but general non-geographically limited market knowledge is very good as well. Right now as a student I'm not planning on becoming Real Estate agent, rather to create a passive income out of it, when I have worked out the bits and pieces.

I have set my goals as financial freedom which would net me more options with life.
