Guten Tag from the Chicagoan in Düsseldorf, Germany!

Hey everyone, I'm new on here. I'm 24 years old, currently living in Düsseldorf, Germany but from Chicago and currently have a property preservation business there. I will be moving back and would love to network and meet up with any REI's, brokers, newbies, etc. I am a newbie, and unfortunately have not made any deals yet since I am still learning about REI,but I know I've got the smarts for it. Expanding into REI would be a HUGE plus for me, especially since I'm somewhat in the real estate industry anyways, dealing with a lot of REO properties. It would be great to connect since I am back in Chicago often anyways at the moment. Any advice and chats are so very appreciated and if any help is needed from my end , I would be more than happy to help! (Access to properties not yet on the market, etc...
