hello alls

My name is Tre. Have been attending seminars and reading books. Have some marketings things in place and I will begin campaigning for my first seller this month. Looking for any important tips or any knowledgeable mentors. All valid info is well appreciated. Looking for further details about what to say to the homeowner to get them to understand the nature of the deal and be okay with it. Also should I do business under a company name that I file a DBA and open a business bank account for?

Welcome Tre! There's a wealth of information in the education section that will answer most of your questions, and or lead you to individuals that have the answers.  Regarding a business name and bank account, depending on your pocket, it's always best to have those (but not required to start), if for nothing else but to separate your business and personal life.
