New to BP

Hello All...

I am new to BP.  I am based in NY and have been doing high end single family knock down rebuilds in Westchester county for the last 7 years.  I'm happy to help anyone looking for information on the new construction market in NY.

I am looking to get into the rental real estate market with a long term point of view. As most of you know it is quite difficult to find deals that make sense in the Northeast. I've narrowed my out of state search and want to focus on the Florida market, specifically the Tampa and Orlando multifamily market. I'm looking to start building a team and would appreciate any recommendations of brokers and property managers in those markets that you have had good experiences with. Or if anyone is in those markets already and would be interested in JV's or would just like to chat, I can talk RE all day. Thanks for any help.

Happy 4th,

Chris
