I LOVE South Florida. It's a place to Live. Invest. Enjoy.

South Florida has some unique differentiators one must consider when investing. With hurricanes, the extreme moisture and humidity and heat, lets not forget the heat. I am looking to connect with people who Live. Invest. and Enjoy South Florida.

My wife and I invest in property.

I am a licensed Real Estate Professional.

I am a recruiter and trainer.

I am here to share my knowledge and experience as well as learn from others. I am not a contractor, and am getting more into real estate investing and have questions from time to time on pricing, time lines, and things to avoid when getting a contractor.
