Hello BP!

Im a beginner investor from the Metro Detroit area. I've been interested in real estate investing since high school (years ago) it wasn't until now I decided to believe in myself and jump in! Ive been doing a lot of research on multifamily properties and flipping. Im hoping to learn all I can about real estate investing, meet  investors (seasoned/beginners) in my area, and make deals.
