Hey BP,

New guy here from SoCal, looking to get into SFR/multifamily flips as well as procuring my first few rental properties. I'm an MD by training but tired of living in the E/S quadrant. If you're interested in meeting up, I'd love to buy anyone lunch/dinner/coffee/etc, just let me know.
