Hi my name is Clete (rhymes with Pete),  I have been a contractor for 30 years in Montana, South Dakota and Washington.  I have done rehabs for other peoples fix and flips and now my wife Lisa and I are going to do our own.  We live in Woodinville, Washington.  I joined Bigger Pockets because we are looking for private money lenders, gap funding, whole sellers and contractors.  We own our own construction company but would like to do multiple deals as well as deals out of our area.
