A Newbie to the world of investing

Hello everyone!  My name is Dionne Luttrell.  I live in Cary, NC.  I have my own business closing loans in the mortgage industry. Me and Fitzgerald, my wonderful partner, have decided to delve into the world of real estate. From what we have read so far it can be both easy and hard depending on the circumstances and the deal.  I had to laugh at that oxymoron because I can see how it can be true!  We have limited knowledge of investing and are on a mission to learn all that we can.  

Our main interest at this time is in multifamily properties.  Any information that can be shared will be greatly appreciated. We hope to meet some great like minded investors who are willing to share their experience and knowledge.  We are empty cups just waiting to be filled!  We look forward to speaking with you and hope to get to know as many of you that we can!
