Own 4 sfh, but new to here

I've been fortunate to acquire 4 sfh over the past 10 years, living in 1 and renting the others. All rentals out of my area, so I've been using property managers. I've never decided to really go full time until now, and want to leverage equity in 4 homes to increase cash flow. Also want to learn about multifamily and whether it's for me.
