Diversifying Income (specifically through REI)

Hi All,

My name is Taylor, I am 20 years old and I live in Southern California. I'm currently studying Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship and a concentration in Real Estate at CBU. I'm brand new to BP and I'm so thrilled at the opportunity to connect with and learn from all of the great people on this website. I've gained a lot of knowledge (but I still have a long way to go) through schooling and reading books such as 'The Richest Man in Babylon', 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad', and '7 Habits of Highly Successful People'. I feel that my mental foundation is growing to be strong, however I feel that I need to start growing to develop practical applicable aspects for growth. What are some ways that you were able to start diversifying your income when you started out, and is there anything specific you would recommend for a college student that would give me the upper hand. I truly appreciate your time, and please feel free to connect with me. Any advice or comments is very much appreciated!
