My name is Michael Fazio. Ive been investing my whole adult life, but being from Brooklyn, real estate has always seemed out of range due to the high cost of property in the area. Ive always listened to economics and business podcasts, and stumbled onto the idea of out of state rental investing. I am now trying to learn everything I can about Tax Laws, out-of-state LLCs, and any success/horror stories before I make my first move. Looking foward to connecting with like minded investors.
