Greeting to my new BP colleagues!

My name is Terry Frazier and I moved to Orlando, FL last year from Chicago. Now that the family and the dust have settled I am beginning to pursue a long time dream of renovating houses for profit. I've done enough research to where I feel I'm ready to dive in for my first deal. I have a lot of project management experience from my current career (which is not REI related) and have made some good contacts down here regarding real estate agents and contractors. I've already registered my business, Sun Freedom Real Estate Investors LLC (sounds positive doesn't it?). I'm interested in possibly pairing up with someone for the first deal. I'm very open to what is available just so I can get started. I also know that although I DO enjoy watching a good house flipping show on TV, it is about as realistic as finding true love on The Bachelorette. I'm book smart, real world smart, great common sense and sense of humor, extremely intuitive with people, highly analytical and not afraid to get my hands dirty on a job if necessary (courtesy of commando DIY handyman skills acquired over the years). Looking forward to meeting some strong local REI contacts as well as anyone else that feels the need for mutually beneficial contacts!
