Mentoring and advice? New to the site.

Hello! I've been listening to the podcast for a long time but never actually posted anything. I'm looking for mentoring advice from a local investor and tips in general. I'm 20 and going to school to become a Physicians Assistant. I want to do real estate investing right after college but in the mean time I want to get to know as much as possible. Thanks for any help! I'm in the Oshkosh, Wisconsin area, but more than willing to meet up in nearby cities.
