Hello everyone, I'm looking to get into real estate investing not sure which way to go, and part of me is scared to fully commit to it, but I know it's something I can see myself doing and being great at it. I'm kind of nervous to take that leap in fear of failing. Is there anyone else that was in the same position as myself, let me know how you handled it and some of the steps he/she may have taken to be successful.
