New REI member in the SFL area

Hello everyone,

I am new to the BP forum, but have been doing research in the REI realm for a few months now. Even the though I have family and friends in different parts the RE industry I never thought of getting started REI until recently. I'm glad I came across the BP podcast and their wealth of knowledge. I'm looking forward to making connections with many on here and learning more about the different fascedes and strategies of REI .
