Hello all My name is Tyler Fahlman,  I am very green when it comes to real estate investing.  I own a small renovation company in Regina Saskatchewan we specialize in basement renos.  Over the last few years I have been very diligent on estimating jobs gaining experience and knowledge on material costs actual time to complete and when and what to outsource on projects.  My interests mostly lie on flipping properties and in the future new builds.   What i bring to the table is 15 years of construction experience as a worker, manager, owner as well job specific interior design.
