Hello, I'm new to the group and currently considering getting into real estate investing. I have two things that are holding me back (or at least I am letting them hold me back). 1. No money (I work in news and it pays NOTHING).

2. Don't know much about real estate or investing, but I am willing to learn.

I would like to know if anyone in the group started investing with little to no money to start out with. I have a potential partner who has more capital than me, but I want to pull my weight.

Any tips or encouragement are welcome!
